Danielle brings over 17 years of public relations and integrated marketing experience working with companies in the lifestyle, food & beverage, retail, consumer technology, toy, gaming, design, and clean tech industries. Most recently, Danielle worked with leading consumer brands including LeapFrog, Annie’s Organics, Peet’s Coffee & Tea, and California Closets, as well as start-ups TwitchTV and Digg. Her former client Safeway and her previous agency Access Communications won the Holmes Report Gold Sabre award for the Safeway Culinary Kitchens Search for Our Next Chef campaign and the PRSA Silver Anvil Award for the launch of Safeway’s new Open Nature all-natural product line. She drove strategic planning, executive visibility and thought leadership, product launch and media strategy, message and press materials development, event planning, project management, and corporate social responsibility.
She worked with mobile technology companies including Sprint, Toshiba, Sony Electronics, and Handspring; and she immersed herself in clean tech, working with clients in the solar power industry and alternative electric-powered transportation. For over two years, she led the Google account working onsite at their Mountain View offices and spearheading PR efforts for Google’s advertising programs. Before that, Danielle was a member of the Intuit account team handling corporate communications, small business strategy and word of mouth marketing.
As a consultant, Danielle recently filled an in-house PR role at LeapFrog Enterprises, Inc. managing the PR agency, major marketing initiatives and product launches. On the food and beverage front, she currently works with Clover Sonoma as their PR strategist managing their PR agency of record. She also consulted with Pramana Collective on projects with Care.com and OpenTable. And beyond more established brands, Danielle works with start-ups to help build brand positioning and visibility. Her start-up client list has included Ketra, Index, HopSkipDrive, Stepping Stories, and more.
